The conference explored chronic disease along five specific themes:

explore these themes. Each page lists diverse resources such as articles,

world. They cover a wide range of issues such as addiction, nutrition,
physical activity, health in specific populations, tobacco use, cardio-vascular
disease, obesity, diabetes, asthma, cancer and mental health. Every
